Happy Mid-Autumn Festival! This beer was inspired by yum cha, the Cantonese tradition of enjoying dim sum alongside tea. We brewed a crisp rice lager with floral and earthy oolong tea to create a refreshing food-friendly beer that pairs especially well with dumplings and rice dishes.
