In their words
Bringing Paddy's to Los Gatos! A smooth drinking dry stout based on the original Irish recipe but jacked up with a touch more flavor. A creamy white head of foam gives way to subtle chocolate and roasted flavors, while the nitrogenation mellows everything out into a nice velvety mouthfeel.
