Canadian through and through. This crisp pilsner is made with Canadian grain, hops, and yeast by our Canadian brewer. A celebration of our neighbors to the north, this pilsner represents the true north strong and free! Crisp and refreshing, this pilsner carries a clean bitterness that has notes of citrus blossoms, grapefruit, mint tea, lemongrass, and jasmine from hops balanced by subtle notes from the grain of fresh honey breads. The grain is sourced from Alix, Alberta, hops from Topp's Hops in Fraser Valley, British Columbia, and yeast from Escarpement Labs in Guelph, Ontario.
