My uncle Dave had a neighbor across the street. My cousins called that guy, Uncle Joe Trosko. He was a funny guy and I always thought that was an interesting name. You'll be able to toast him time and time again because this beer is purely crushable. Hopped primarily with Citra with some Cascade and Idaho 7 added in.
