Kölsch is a crisp, light-bodied, pale hybrid beer using ale yeast, then cold-conditioned like a lager. This beer pays homage to the yoga pose "Drinking Bird", a strength-building balancing yoga posture which the locals practice during Community Yoga at the Lake Ann Town Hall.
