In their words

Thanks to the latest in concentrated hop products and state-of-the-art extraction techniques, Parliament of Owls completely bypasses the fledging stage and takes flight straight into the stratosphere. This modern West Coast IPA may be saturated with loads of hop goodness, but it still manages to remain dry and supremely crushable.
