Fermented and aged in foeder #2 with a blend of saccharomyces cerevisiae, brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and pediococcus. This light bodied golden sour has pleasant but forward aromas of white wine and oak. Flavors of fresh picked tart berries, peaches, and a hint of vanilla.
