Rich and roasty, this stout pairs the smooth, earthy sweetness of pumpkin with dark chocolate and coffee notes from the malt. Chai added in secondary brings warm layers of cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and clove, while Chinook hops lend a subtle piney, resinous edge that cuts through the richness.
