Wet hop season comes and goes, & we go along with it. Neighborhop is our annual, once-a-year, wet-hop-tradition, an IPA brewed with Cascade and Centennial by Wayne County farmers. This year our friends at Fox Hill Farm supplied the goods. Grapefruit rind, pine resin, clean bitterness, biscuity malt backbone. Classic Pacific Northwest leaning IPA.
