A bright, easy-drinking sour built on a grist of Heidelberg Pilsener malt and flaked barley for a softer mouthfeel that keeps the tartness from feeling thin. Kettle-soured for a clean, approachable pucker, bright lactic acidity up front, not aggressive, more lemony-tart than vinegar-sharp. Light straw color, hazy from the flaked barley, with a pillowy off-white head.
