Made with 7 different malts including Apple Wood smoked malt, this beer has an array of flavor in every layer. To build onto the flavor complexity of this beer we added a few gallons of Maine maple syrup locally sourced from Maple Rush Sugar House directly at flameout and dosed it with lactose for a very silky body.
