This was the first beer we ever offered draft-only, but little quaffer is destined for frosty mugs straight from the tap. We brewed this lager with locally malted Pilsner from Blue Ox and a sizable portion of jasmine rice—and hopped it delicately with Sladek. Lightly sweet, lightly hoppy, and brewed to be eminently drinkable.
