Dizzy Spell, our take on a Kölsch-style ale, or as we're lovingly calling it, an "Almost Kölsch," was brewed with local Pilsner and Wheat malt, Hallertau + Crystal hops, and Kolsch yeast. Dizzy Spell is quenchingly dry and fruity, with rich crackery malt, and a pleasant, citric drinkability.
