Our classic West Coast IPA features more balance than the Double. Crackery malt helps to balance out the bitterness, which is still quite prominent. This beer is stuffed with hops at every turn, primarily of the piney and resinous varieties like Amarillo, Centennial and Chinook. Very hoppy, very bitter, slightly malty. A very good IPA.
