Oso Fresco is the first of two fresh hop, or 'wet hop' beers that Fisher will brew in 2026. This beer is special because we used 200 lbs of fresh-picked whole cone hops from Roy Farms in Yakima, Washington. That's right; the only hops we used were big hop flowers, which we ran the hot wort over on the way to the fermenter. The beer smells fruity, earthy and resinous. It really just smells like a bunch of freshly harvested hops. It is wildly hoppy in the mouth as well. This beer is a neat, once a year situation.
