Idaho 7 is a hop that Fisher utilizes in a number of beers, but none is more anticipated than the annual Idaho 7 fresh hop beer. Last to harvest, and worth the -wait, when the boxes of fresh-picked Idaho 7 arrive, the hops are consistently the biggest, dankest and best smelling of the varieties we work with. Big pine and fruit dominate the nose. Mild grassy and pine notes in the mouth are followed by a smooth, moderate bitterness.
