Feast Beer is an American-style Barley Wine. Barley because it is beer, with the alcohol and most flavor compounds deriving from barley. Wine because, at 10.6% ABV, it's similar in alcohol content to some wines. This is the third or fourth vintage of Feast Beer, the last being brewed in 2023. The alcohol and toffeeish maltiness in Feast Beer is balanced out with a robust, but responsible, volume of hops, including Centennial and a pinch of Citra, lending a moderate bitterness to the Feast.
