This West Coast Pale Ale smells almost perfect with notes of pine, hints of berry and a burst of citrus. The hops are balanced out nicely by some bready, crackery maltiness. We used a New Zealand hop called Nectaron and some really nice Lupulin Amarillo pallets from Oregon. Turn out to be a really great combination.
