Designed to represent traditional west coast hop aromas with a more fruit forward kick, 2 dry hop additions of Idaho #7, Motueka and Simcoe were added post fermentation. Finally, we aged the finished beer on Palo Santo wood, contributing additional complex notes of lemon, mint, and coconut, allowing your senses to awaken and wander.
