Autumn Stars is a saison that bridges the summer into fall with Pilsner malt bringing a brightness to the darker and more complex Munich and Vienna malts. Saaz and Sterling hops provide herbs and spices that compliment the pumpkin and cinnamon reminding us what season we head into.
