In their words
This year's Star Wars release takes a turn to the dark side as we are Maltering the Deal. Our famous Never Tell Me the Hops has been overcome by the dark malts of Carafa III and Midnight Wheat that lend rich and crisp but shadowy notes. While the bitterness from the hops has taken hold, there is still hope as you taste the tropical fruits and citrus from the Galaxy, Motueka, and El Dorado.
