Lunas starts with a smooth base of pale malts, including white wheat and oats for a fuller body and rich mouthfeel. Then we derived roasty malty flavors from Munich and Vienna malts along with Hallertau traditional and Tettnang hops to add depth to the spice and bitterness. We dug deep into our creativity and identity as brewers, readers and creatives and added bushels of roasted Hatch Green Chilies to give a spicy feel and flavor.
