As with a traditional ESB, Ryld Rumpus has distinct notes of biscuit, caramel, and toffee with the twist of spice and bready notes from the rye malts. EKG, Willamette, and Fuggle hops provide piney and herbal notes while helping enhance that spice note further. Aged in Laws honey barrels.
