Deep mahogany in color with a sturdy cream head, this ale is as bold and complex as the Scotsman himself. Notes of toffee and toasted malt from Root Shoot's Cara Ruby malt with sensual spices coming from the rye malt and Willamette hops. It's a beer made for cold nights by the hearth, where stories unfold and hearts remember. Aged in Boulder Spirits peated barrels.
