In their words

OttoFest is our annual Festbier, honoring our original brewer, Otto Doerr. Hired in July 1905, Otto was the first brewer brought on to help fight the good fight against big beer in Louisville. OttoFest is rich and malty, featuring toasted grain notes with a mild hop bitterness.
