The yeast makes the beer. No more is this so than with EVO's Alpha Six. The yeast we use hails from the Ardennes region of Belgium and is known for creating classic Belgian ales with complex features and a smooth, balanced finish. A sessionable Belgian-style ale that goes down easy.
