This iteration of Ganders Red, our version of the Belgian sour, Flanders Red Ale, was conditioned on Windy Oaks Pinot Noir pomace for four months, then aged in red wine barrels for 15 months. Its vinous aroma is laden with cherry, raspberry, and plum, with hints of vanilla and clove. Silky tannins balance the red-fruity tartness on the tongue.
