Our Saison is inspired by the Wallonian farmhouse ales of Belgium. Crafted with a combination of imported Barley, Spelt, and Rye alongside lots of noble hops. We fermented with a blend of two yeast strains to lend notes of tropical fruit and spice while keeping things dry and refreshing. This beer is bottle conditioned with several strains of Brettanomyces to lend additional complexity, and will evolve with age. Enjoy within five years of bottling date.
