Our Farmhouse Lager is made with imported Pilsner malt alongside generous additions of noble hops. Fermented cold and slow with our favorite lager yeast, and cold conditioned for 6 weeks before refermenting in the bottle and a second period of cold conditioning. This beer is left unfiltered, and presents noble hop notes of herbal, woody, and light citrus alongside a cracker-like malt backbone with firm bitterness, high carbonation, and a crisp, dry finish. Enjoy within one year of bottling date.
