The ground shakes, the air trembles, and the mountain spews forth a dangerously enticing blend of tropical fruit aromas. Many sacrifices have been made. How have we still angered the beer gods? Quick soured over 4 days, fermented with a neutral yeast, and lightly hopped with Simcoe & fruited with Passionfruit, Orange, and Guava
