Yuzu is a small citrus fruit, native to Japan, that imparts delicate notes of lemon and orange to this light lager. Brewed using Pilsner Malt and Jasmine Rice, lightly hopped with Citra, and lagered for 4 weeks. Yuzu juice was added right before carbonation giving this light lager a summer shandy feel.
