Sea birds fly the salty wind - east to south, north to west. Can we go as they go? Using nearly a pound per gallon of strawberries and pineapples, the aroma of this tart wheat hits hard with a wonderful tropical berry nose. This then follows through onto the palate - allowing a careful balance of acidity and fruit.
