A pale strong ale with hints of malty spice and fruity aromatics. A moderate and balanced addition of Saaz hops accentuates a subtle alcohol flavor and esters of bubble gum, banana and a hint of clove. This ale is a wonderful tapestry for the Rustic Belgian yeast strain and twelve pounds of Brother Rand's Oregon City grown honey. Prost!
