In their words
A smooth and easy drinking golden ale that is similar to a lager. Having very subdued esters and light spicy phenols, it is a bit more complex than its American counterpart. Pilsner malt and Noble-type hops lend themselves to a soft grainy malt profile. The finish is somewhat crisp; almost a bit dry where the hops and malt nearly balance each other out.
