Fourth release of this Rare Trait variant, made with 550 pounds of Cresthaven peaches from Bella Bolettino Farms in Palisade, CO - the same family farm that has supplied the fruit since 2020. The team halves, pits and squishes the entire lot by hand over roughly six hours. Exceptionally juicy peaches yield a surprisingly subtle, nuanced peach character.
