Think Key Lime Pie....I mean Beer....just without the sweetness...and whipped cream...and graham cracker crust...and it's in a glass...and...well, you get the point!! Key Lime puree was added to this wheat beer and hefeweizen yeast was used in this deliciously tart creation. Milk sugar was added for body and residual sweetness along with cinnamon and a touch of vanilla to add a little balance. Made for Willow Beseda as her birthday beer. Thank you for being a part of BMBC Willow!
