This is the seventh beer from our sour barrel that Rickoli is cultivating. As the series progresses there will be other sour beers and the profile will intensify as the projects rolls along. This first beer is moderately tart with easily noticed notes of Oak, Whiskey, Lactobacillus, as well as a hint of Brett.
