Barleywine is, simply put, beer that is brewed to the strength of wine. Ours is a complex brew of many types or malt and hpos that can vary from year to year. Made annually and held in our cellar. For our 2017 vintage, we aged it for 7 weeks in Bourbon barrels to get a very subtle barrel flavor.
