Our Barnyard Brown Ale with the addition of NYS maple syrup. A blend of pale malt, biscuit malt, flaked oats, caramel malt and a small amount of chocolate malt. A medium-bodied beer with a smooth mouthfeel and notes of caramel, toffee, roasted nuts, and fresh baked bread.
