An ultra-rare Bière de Garde transformed by an extraordinary journey. Submerged for one year and one week at a depth of 105 feet in the frigid Straits of Mackinac, then aged in a French oak wine barrel. Crafted with Bastogne yeast, it blooms with vibrant floral aromas, subtle estery spice, and a complex grain bill of cracker and biscuit malt notes. Its medium body and bone-dry finish are elevated by this daring cellaring. This second, and perhaps final, deep reserve.
