In their words

Using yeast from Bastogne, this beer explodes with floral notes on the nose coupled with hints of estery & phenolic spice. Medium bodied & big mouthfeel, complex grains that lend to cracker and biscuit malt characteristics with an extremely long, dry finish. Awarded Best Beer in Michigan by mLive.
