In their words
Named after the historic two-masted schooner that navigated the Straits of Mackinac in the 1850s. Crafted in 2023 with uniquely aged malt in a Cabernet wine barrel resting at the bottom of the Straits for an entire year. This dry-finishing Belgian Ale is malty and smooth, yet intriguingly complex.
