A ruby- hued lager specifically designed with warm evenings by a campfire in mind. Brewed with Weyermann Barke Munich and Carafa S11 for mellow vibes of bradcrust, honey, and hazelnut but fermented cool and conditioned near freezing for an extended lagering period to achieve heightened crispness.
