A distinctive strong golden ale brewed with a French country ale yeast and Alsatian Barbe Rouge and Strisselspalt hops for notes of floral berry and apricot. Aged on a blend of Ecuadorian and Ghanese cacao nibs as well as madagascar vanilla for mellow notes of bittersweet dark chocolate.
