Right out of the tales of PATHIC – Lebanon author Larry Jordan's Epic novel. This is our third literary collaboration. True to the red ales currently produced in the Emerald Isle, we used only European malts, noble hops, and Irish ale yeast. The color is on the darker side of ruby.
