Saison du Vent or Season of Wind is a table saison. These beers originated in the Wallonia region of Belgium. Historically brewed in the spring to last through the summer. This quaffable farmhouse ale has flavors and aromas of peppercorns, citrus, biscuit, a little clove, and earthy hops. Medium bodied and finishes dry and thirst quenching.
