Lil Skoot is a light bodied, low alcohol IPA generously hopped with a new-to-us hop called Lemondrop, along with a dash of Idaho 7 to round it out. To bring out the flavors, we intentionally left the beer dry and light. We taste hard lemon candies and a touch of old-school pine.
