This is a light, bright cold IPA with fruity-floral aroma using Ella and Sabro hops. 273 celcius is the absolute lowest temperature that can be achieved theoretically in cryogenics. This newer style of IPA is fermented the coldest an ale yeast will ferment, keeping it light, crisp, and crushable.
