We partnered with our friends at the Badger Beer Report to team up on a collab using historical Wisconsin ingredients. This beer is brewed with wild rice (zizania palustris) along with extra pale malt to let the flavors of the wild rice shine. You'll find yourself drinking a smooth pale lager that reminds you of Prague, but with unique nutty flavors from the uniquely American ingredients.
