Every year as September draws near, everyone in Milwaukee becomes a fan of one type of beer, Oktoberfest bier. It doesn't matter if you are a haze-boi or a Coors light drinker, we all coalesce around this style for a couple months as the weather changes. We do our best to emulate the German style using Czech malts and yeast, which allows for more depth of flavor. Pours brilliantly clear like it should, with a bold amber color. Served in a Czech style mug.
